The members of the secret societies are gathering again in Sam Chun and Sa then koke. Last year, a high mandarin was in Sam Chan and caught a lot of the rowdies and beheaded some of the Triad society. Many fled to Hong Kong, Singapore etc., but they return now to this region and render the country unsafe.
The leaders of this unsettled state of affairs are very dangerous. Something should soon be done to stop the robberies in Sam Chun and neighbourhood.
